Community General Rules

2) Please use the correct channels. Feel free to ask in questions if you're unsure of where to submit something!
3) Keep in mind that Scented Ponies are closed species, and you can not make your own without purchasing, earning, or otherwise obtaining a MYO slot.
4) Everyone is welcome to join! You don't have to own a Scented Pony to be a part of our community <3!
5) Scented Pony rights are not available for purchase.
6) If any member is caught bullying, tracing art, scamming others, etc. they will be banned from the community temporarily or permanently depending on the severity of the situation regardless of how many warnings the user has.*
7) Please keep the server PG13. Swearing is allowed as long as it is not directed towards anyone or used in a hateful manner.
8) AI and NSFW content is strictly forbidden. You will receive only ONE warning.
9) Gore is not allowed, regardless if it's SP related or not.
10) Please avoid sensitive topics and politics. Religion is allowed for celebratory and positive conversations only.
11) Actions outside of the server/website may be punishable at the owner's discretion.
*If you believe someone is here with malicious intent, please DM the owner or a mod as soon as possible.
Adoption/Selling/Trading Rules
1) You MUST be a member of Scented-Ponies website or Discord to adopt and own a Scented Pony.
2) If you sell/trade/gift your Scented Pony you MUST inform us so we can update the Masterlist (same applies to if you are moving to a new account). It is your job to inform the new owner of rule 1.
3) You are allowed to gift, trade, and co-own your Scented Pony, but refer back to rule 2.
4) You are allowed to sell your Scented Pony, but for no more than you paid for (UNLESS the character comes with extra art that YOU commissioned or drew).
5) You must credit the adopt designer as well as the species (the group or the website).
6) Scented Ponies can be voided. However, if you choose to void your SP, they will require a new MYO or admin permission to be brought back into the species (even if they get rehomed).
7) Items obtained by prompts, raffles, gifts, trades, and/or using the Wishing Well, may not be sold for scents nor real currency.
7a) All the same, you may not request to purchase an item exclusively obtained through the Wishing Well, and you may not purchase any items or characters that are trade/gift/raffle only.
8) Your artwork may be used on the website. By agreeing to these rules you inherently give us consent to use your artwork for non-commercial purposes and without compensation. This is mainly used for masterlist purposes, but may be used as trait or type examples. We will not use your artwork in events, banners, or otherwise unless agreed upon or notified prior. Credit will be given regardless of the image(s) use.
Consequences
You will receive a maximum of 2 warnings within a 12 month period. These warnings will be clearly stated by an admin in DMs and will be saved for reference. After 2 warnings, you will receive a temporary blacklist of 3 months. If a violation is deemed severe enough, you may be permanently blacklisted and be given a week to sell, trade, raffle, or gift your characters. After a week, any remaining SPs on your account will be voided and will require a MYO or admin permission to be brought back into the species if they get rehomed. By joining the Scented Ponies Website, Discord, and/or by purchasing or obtaining a Scented Pony, you agree to these rules and acknowledge the consequences of violating these rules.
